Postage

Mana Dreams is based in Adelaide, South Australia. All orders are made and packed by myself and dispatched locally.
We ship our orders through Australia Post, with every order receiving a tracking number for you to follow your parcel to your door. Once the parcel has been lodged, Mana Dreams do not take responsibility for lost orders. Please allow up to 10 business days for standard postage and up to three business days for express postage.

Postage Costs:

Standard postage is a flat rate of $10 and express postage is a flat rate of $13.
Orders over $100 will receive free postage.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on our earrings.
All products are packaged with love and care but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us via email hello@mana-dreams.com.au to arrange a refund or replacement.
